At Ideafys, we value our customers and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products
Since our products are digital downloads (e.g., guidebooks, playbooks, and other digital resources), they are non-refundable once the file has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered. This is due to the nature of digital goods — once received, they cannot be returned.
However, we will provide a refund or replacement only in the following cases:
- You purchased the same product more than once by mistake.
- The product file is corrupted, damaged, or missing content and cannot be replaced.
- You were charged incorrectly due to a technical error on our part.
2. Refund Requests
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of purchase by emailing refund@ideafys.com with the following details:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Reason for your request
Our team will review your request and respond within 2–5 business days.
3. Product Issues
If you encounter any problems with your download or product access, please contact us immediately at refund@ideafys.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue by:
- Resending the download link
- Providing the product in an alternative format
- Offering a store credit if the problem persists
4. No Refunds for Change of Mind
We cannot offer refunds if you simply change your mind, decide not to use the product, or feel it is no longer needed after purchase.
