This Distance Sales Contract (“Contract”) is made electronically between:

Buyer (Consumer)

• The individual who completes the purchase through www.ideafys.com/shop (“Website”)

1. Subject

This Contract governs the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of digital products purchased via the Website.

2. Product Information

The product(s) subject to this Contract are digital goods (e.g., guidebooks, playbooks, templates) delivered electronically via download link or email after purchase. Detailed descriptions, prices, and specifications are displayed on the product page before purchase.

3. Delivery of Digital Products

• Upon completion of payment, the Buyer will receive the purchased digital product via instant download or email within a maximum of 24 hours.
• Since the products are digital, no physical delivery will take place.

4. Right of Withdrawal

• In accordance with Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the Buyer does not have the right to withdraw from contracts relating to digital content delivered instantly, as the performance begins immediately with the Buyer’s consent.
• By accepting this Contract, the Buyer agrees and acknowledges that they lose their withdrawal right once the digital product is delivered.

5. Refund and Replacement Policy

Refunds are only provided in the following cases:

• Duplicate purchases due to a technical error.
• File corruption or missing content that cannot be resolved with a replacement.
• Incorrect charge due to a payment system error.
  For refund requests, the Buyer must email refund@ideafys.com within 7 days of purchase.

6. Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely via iyzico. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring payment details are correct. All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

7. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, the Buyer may submit complaints to:

• Consumer Arbitration Committees for disputes under the monetary limits set by the Ministry of Trade.
• Consumer Courts for disputes above the limits.

8. Governing Law

This Contract is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

By completing the purchase, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted all the terms of this Distance Sales Contract.
